Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. Please note that no refunds will be provided for partial billing cycles or unused portions of the subscription period.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Refunds for subscription fees already paid are not offered, except in cases where a technical error on our part prevents access to the service for an extended period. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Product Cancellations
Orders for physical or digital products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been shipped or downloaded. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been processed.
Refund Policy for Products
Refunds will be issued for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. However, we reserve the right to deny refunds if the product is found to be in good condition or if the refund request is made beyond the 7-day window.
